Postage charges are as follows:

UK: €3 (approx £2.40, depending on the exchange rate)

USA/Canada: €4 (approx US$6.40)

This is a flat rate, regardless of the cost or weight of the parcel contents. I send every order by signed-for post for security.
Returns
One Month Returns Policy. I really want you to be happy with everything that you buy. I also completely understand that with jewellery it's important to see and feel the jewellery for yourself and try it on. So I'm very happy to offer a full refund for anything that you buy, as long as I receive it back within a month of the purchase date, and that it is still in an unworn condition.

I use the very best materials for stringing and finishing all of the homemade jewellery, and I also check everything carefully after making. However, if any of the homemade jewellery does break due to the materials or work, I will repair it free of charge for a year after you bought it. You can post it to me at the address above.
Gift Wrapping
I send out all the jewellery in attractive cloth gift bags, at no extra charge. These bags are made by a Gaddhi women's self-help group in the Indian Himalayas, with whom I have had direct contact for several years. They have their own webpage at: www.hive.interconnection.org
Currencies
I live in Spain, so the basic currency of the website is the Euro. I have provided a currency converter on the site, to help give an approximate idea of the prices in pounds and dollars. On the checkout page, the final total will be shown in the original euros price. You will be charged the equivalent amount in your local currency.
Payments
The website payment page
The site accepts Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.
The payments are processed by the secure server of my bank in Spain, LaCaixa, which is one of the largest Spanish banks.
Paypal
You can also pay using PayPal. PayPal accepts all the major credit cards and you do not need to have PayPal account.
Cheque
You can also pay by cheque. Let me know first by sending me a message using the 'contact me' link, and I'll send you my mailing address and also reserve the items that you want, until your cheque arrives.
About the Jewellery
I personally design and make all the homemade jewellery on the website.
Most of the silver beads I use are Karen Hilltribe silver, which I buy directly from the Karen hilltribe people in Asia. Hilltribe silver is extremely high quality (even purer than sterling silver). I also use a lot of old silver from Northern India and Pakistan. This is generally from 50 to 100 years old and often comes from the tribal people of those areas. The minimum quality of silver I use is sterling silver (92.5%). Unless I specifically say otherwise, all the metal used in my homemade jewellery is high quality silver.
As well as the silver beads, I am always looking out for lovely and interesting stones, and every year I seem to stumble across something new. I am often around Tibetan people and buy many stones and beads from Tibetan small traders. I also buy from them the bone jewellery that is listed on the site under Tibetan jewellery.

I'm English, and for the last few years have been living in the mountains in Southern Spain in the small town of Orgiva near Granada.
Where to find me
Orgiva Almost every Thursday morning I am in Orgiva town market, from 10 am til 1.30 pm. My stall is at the top of the market. Nerja I am often at the Sunday morning Rastro in Nerja
